Senior Financial Analyst – Level – Buffalo Grove / Atlanta

Short Overall Summary of Position - Analyze complex financial scenarios and influence business decisions

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:

• Lead RSS Field monthly forecast and annual budget consolidation processes, including full P&L and balance sheet.

• Monitor RSS Field KPIs, performing key role in creating regular reports and presenting them to Field Management and Performance Controlling team.

• Act as the “Liaison” between Field partners and RSS RAM Performance Controlling group, facilitating the communication between all stakeholders.

• Drive complex analysis on business performance comparing “actuals vs forecast” and “actuals vs previous years”, providing commentaries accordingly.

• Own RSS Field SG&A from the perspective of controlling performance, including headcount structure and other influencing elements.

• Coordinate RSS Field monthly forecast and closing activities

• Identifies opportunities for process improvements, engaging on digital initiatives with focus on process automation.

• Work actively on RSS Field and Region Headquarter ad hoc reporting and customized analysis, supporting senior management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, BA or related field.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience with finance and performance controlling activities

• Technical Proficiency in SAP, Excel and Power Point is required

• Minimum travel requirement

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP

• Experience with BW (Business Warehouse)

• Experience with Power BI

• Experience with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)

• The pay range for this position is $97,100 - $166,600 and the annual incentive target is 10%. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
