Litigation Associate Attorney

Our client, a nationally recognized complex civil litigation firm, is seeking a 2 plus years’ Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. Prior experience with insurance bad faith litigation, insurance coverage and casualty defense litigation would be strongly preferred. A writing sample demonstrating strong research and writing skills will be required. The firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, plus bonus potential. Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law

• Demonstrated experience in insurance coverage, civil litigation, and defense litigation

• Proficiency in insurance defense litigation

• Strong skills in legal research and ability to interpret complex legal documents

• Experience in negotiating settlements and resolving disputes

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the court

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proven organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in using legal software and technology.
