    YOUR LIFE AS A PRIVATE EVENTS PLANNER

    As the Private Events Planner, you are responsible for day-to-day catering service with a focus on planning a variety of private events as well as Club functions. The Private Events Planner is expected to plan and execute all arrangements for assigned events including food and beverage details, timelines, and floor plans. In this position you will also prepare clear and precise Banquet Event Orders, cost estimates, diagrams, and battle plans/resumes for assigned events and use daily change log to communicate find details. Must design, develop and assist in executing creative events with a focus on up-selling food and beverage, rental decor, and entertainment. Must be responsible for completing billing to the member's account in a timely manner by processing deposits, credits and food and beverage consumption. Lastly, you will Drive member loyalty by anticipating needs and following through post-event to ensure their expectations have been exceeded.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum two years event planning experience in the hospitality industry; Club experience preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Industry experience in catering, private events. etc.
