Administrative Assistant -Plant Operations Department
Shift: 8a-4p with possibility of some weekendsStatus: Full Time Department: Plant Operations (Maintenance & Environmental Services)
Role Responsibilities:
Administrative Clerical Support for department
Proficiency with Microsoft suite including Word, Excel spreadsheets, visual graphing tools, and Outlook calendars; familiarity with fax machines, copiers, etc.
Must be organized. Responsible for all recordkeeping and maintenance filing systems.
Responsible for data compilation for monthly/quarterly reports.
Flexibility to meet demand of fast-paced department.
Monitors department timesheets. Assists with department scheduling and tracking employee time off.
Order supplies or equipment, match packing slips to invoices and submits paperwork for department purchases to finance department.
Prepare written communications to staff.
Maintain manager's schedule and advise of meetings, deadlines, etc.
Other administrative support duties as assigned.
