CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST

Viking Coca-Cola has an immediate opening for a Corporate Receptionist (Temporary) in our Corporate Office location in St Cloud, MN

Primary Duties Include:

• Answering and routing incoming calls

• Greeting and announcing guests

• General Clerical Support for our Accounting Team

• Basic AP/AR support including coding, data entry, and filing

  Previous customer service experience with a positive and professional attitude is desired. Basic math and computer skills along with 10-key proficiency is required. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, proven organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  This is a FT (temporary) daytime position

• 40 - 45 hours weekly
