ASRC FEDERAL (Agile Decision Sciences) is seeking a Data Scientist Senior II for our contract located at Aberdeen Proving Ground. This position is REMOTE with occasional travel to the client site required.

Each position plays a crucial part in maintaining and advancing our ServiceNow environment, ensuring seamless operations and robust support for CECOM personnel worldwide.

Position Description: The Data Scientist Senior II will lead and oversee complex data analysis projects, developing advanced models and business intelligence applications. This role involves integrating data from various sources, ensuring data quality, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. The Data Scientist Senior II will mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with clients to define and document business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data analysis projects and develop advanced predictive models.

  • Create and maintain business intelligence applications, dashboards, and data models using tools like PowerBi and Tableau.

  • Utilize strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data within SQL databases.

  • Apply data analysis tools such as Alteryx to perform comprehensive analyses.

  • Ensure data quality and integration from multiple sources.

  • Work with clients to analyze business processes and define IT solutions.

  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements :

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working with data, including data sourcing, data analysis, and data integration.

  • At least 3 years of experience developing business intelligence applications, dashboards, and data models.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools like Alteryx.

  • Strong business intelligence experience, including data integration and data quality projects.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

  • Must be a U.S citizen eligible for a Secret security clearance.
