**[Mission [[OTNK engineering support for technical lab environment: [[To demonstrate an un-keyed end-user-device receiving mission key via over-the-air-network in multiple worst-case scenarios without manual key load that would otherwise prevent successful keying in addition to standard optimal functioning keying via Over-the-Air-Network. Keys transmitted over the network to the exact set of devices that need them. Propel the ability to respond to dynamic situations.

Provide SME network guidance to management and the program team surrounding communications in a COMSEC lab environment.

Provide over-the-network-key (OTNK) solutions and guidance to the team.

Complete OTNK tasks and projects.

Perform detailed design reviews of Contract Data deliverables and technical documentation.

Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for requirements compliance, Cybersecurity best practices and guidance, and vulnerability analysis of product designs.

Evaluate and tailor security requirements to the specific program(s) and validate whether the requirement is applicable to the program(s).

Assist in tracking the allocation of system requirements to software/programmable logic requirements in a requirements specification and certifications.

Evaluate and tailor security requirements to the specific program.

Develop a stakeholders' map that defines the interest of OTNK and execute and communicate to all stakeholders.

Assist in defining and selecting cryptographic algorithms and specifications for specific products and completing Cryptographic Algorithm Configuration Management Board (CACMB) submissions for implementation.

Create product design packages to include the Memorandum for the Record (MR), Staff Processing Form (SPF), certificates, and external letters for review and signature by the Deputy National Manager for National Security Systems.

Provide milestones development for this projects that are structured, prioritize, while demonstrating the progress in technical development in comparison to tracking progress simply through the means of the various programmatic gates.
