Nexagen Networks, a rapidly expanding DoD contracting firm, is seeking a talented Senior Solutions Architect/Technical Proposal Content Writer to join our Proposal Development Team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to shaping our technical proposal responses, collaborating with capture managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business leadership. Job Title:: Senior Solutions Architect/Technical Proposal Content Writer Job Location: Remote Salary Range: $140K - $160K ( The salary range provided is a general guideline. Job Description:: As a member of the Proposal Development Team, the Senior Solutions Architect will work directly with capture managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Business leadership, and will lead the development of technical content for technical proposal responses. Position Responsibilities: Develop a solution that is complete, compliant, compelling, innovative, and responsive to customer needs and requirements. Lead documenting the solution, developing Concept of Operations (CONOPs), and storyboard development for a solution to proposal transition. Volume lead - developing the solution with the team and crafting the response (re-writing text, writing text, conceptualizing graphics, working to page count). Writing technical proposal content for Cloud, DevSecOps, Software Development, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. Review proposal artifacts and ensure compliance. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience supporting proposal solution development in a government contracting environment is required. Formal training to include Proposal Processes, Capture Management, and Technical Writing Ability and experience in analyzing/interpreting RFP requirements for the development of compelling, compliant, and solution-based technical responses. Strong technical understanding of Cloud, DevSecOps, Software Development, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. Experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Projects a plus Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills; planning, organization, and time management. Willing and able to travel as required. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills; planning, organization, and time management.
