TEKsystems Medical Secretary in Abingdon, Maryland

NOW HIRING IN ABINGDON, MD!

THIS ROLE IS FULLY ON-SITE

Typical Day:

  • You will be focused on check out, setting up follow-up appointments, confirming any blood work or future clinic visits, lab orders, etc.

  • Will also be answering phones, taking patient notes & working with support staff as needed.

  • Any experience with EPIC or Meditech is a huge plus

  • Administrative responsibilities such as filing and faxing

  • Hours will be Monday-Friday between 8a-5p

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Must have at least 1+ years of medical secretary/scheduling/Administrative experience

  • Must have strong phone experience, high volume phone experience

  • Must have excellent customer service skills over the phone

  • Insurance review

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
