JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Abington’s Business Program invites applications for an adjunct instructor of Management or a related field to teach courses related to negotiation, beginning in August 2024 through December 2024. Continuation beyond this period is a possibility.

The specific courses available include the following:

  • BA 322 Negotiation Skills for Business Professionals, Tuesday 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

  • MGMT 420 Negotiation and Conflict Management Monday 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Either or both courses are available for candidates to consider. Please indicate your specific course(s) of interest in your cover letter.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a Doctoral degree in a business-related discipline, but ABD and Masters level candidates will be considered.

  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching undergraduates is highly desirable and relevant professional work experience is valuable.
