A Day In The Life

What You'll Do: As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Spearheading inventory management and ensuring seamless coordination with manufacturing departments to keep production running smoothly.

• Enhancing our supply chain by efficiently scheduling materials, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

• Leading a team of dedicated warehouse personnel, fostering an environment of growth, efficiency, and safety.

• Driving continuous improvement by implementing 5S and lean principles to streamline operations and maximize storage space.

• Keeping a close eye on workflow metrics and implementing strategic measures to minimize errors and boost productivity.

What will help you thrive in this role?

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Supervision within a union environment.

• Proficient in warehouse or inventory control; must be computer literate.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with SAP.

• Bachelor’s degree in business required.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong understanding of 5S and lean principles preferred.

• Ability to quickly learn and grasp new concepts.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships across all organizational levels.
