Role Objective This role is responsible for the strategic acquisition, growth, and management of Foodservice National Account customers. It involves utilizing prospecting, effective sales techniques, and comprehensive account management to achieve set sales growth targets. The position requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex sales and distribution processes and build lasting relationships with key end-user customers. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Manages sales growth to achieve sales and profitability goals Identifies National Account target customers through market research, networking, and leveraging of relationships with strategic channel partner customers Generates and maintains a robust pipeline of high-value leads Utilizes CRM tools to track and manage prospects and opportunities Creates and executes effective sales strategies based on market insights and company objectives Conducts customer discovery calls, product sales presentations, and program proposals in person and virtually Negotiates and closes business, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals, with guidance from manager Coordinates with finance and legal departments to manage contracts, pricing, and compliance Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned National Accounts Develops and maintains strong relationships with end-user customer key decision-makers and stakeholders Cultivates strong relationships and collaborates with individuals responsible for Foodservice National Account Sales at strategic channel partner customers Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support) to ensure excellent customer service to assigned accounts Communicates market trends and developing market needs to internal, cross-functional, GOJO stakeholders Participates in industry conferences and events to engage with potential customers, expand professional networks, and promote GOJO offerings Takes initiative and successfully completes projects largely independently with manager supervision and guidance Participates in ongoing professional development and training programs Manages sales expenses to plan, within the allocated budget #LI-Remote Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related discipline preferred Minimum four (4) years' sales experience in B2B environment required Foodservice distribution industry experience strongly preferred Experience working with large, national accounts preferred B2B account prospecting (hunting) experience and account management experience required Supervision/Coordination This role does not directly supervise other GOJO team members Coordination of sales-related activities with field sales and/or Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) likely Travel Requirements Overnight Travel - 50% or greater - required To Apply: To apply for this position, please complete the online application process.
