Role Objective This role will be responsible for delivering a sustainable, high-quality system through the configuration, design, implementation, and maintenance of GOJO's SAP ERP System, with a focus on Production Planning and Quality Management (PP/QM). Essential Functions and Responsibilities Functional/Technical expert and hands on configurator for SAP PP and QM modules on SAP ECC, S/4 HANA a plus. * This role is responsible for planning in the following areas: production, sales and operations, distribution requirements, material requirement, capacity and shop floor execution for both production and process orders, planning strategies, QM in procurement, QM in sales, inspection lot processing, and results recording. Solution Design: * Performs systems analysis, design, configuration and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements * Advises users of best options to meet the specified requirements, such as: SAP standard functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, custom report-writing or development, complementary software packages, and/or changes to business processes * Work in multidisciplinary teams to define and design complex processes and procedures Solution Delivery: * Develops functional standards, best practice guidelines, solution diagrams, and documentation standards for all ERP and related solutions * Ensures that standards are adhered to, and that documentation and change control processes are followed ultimately being accountable for the solutions delivered * Designs and assists users in the creation and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training * Supervises contract consultants, programmers, and part-time clerical assistance, as needed Testing: * Designs test plans, executes test scenarios, validates test data, and documents test results * Performs regression testing of all system changes ensuring no negative side-effects Solution Support and Stewardship: * Monitors systems performance and system resource management * Highly responsive to priority incidents impacting responsible areas * Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company Education and Experience Required: * B.S. degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field * Minimum five (5) years' SAP implementation experience with hands-on configuration experience * Minimum three (3) years' experience directly supporting/implementing PP/QM Preferred Prior Experience: o SAP Production Planning, capacity planning, planning strategies, sales and operations planning o Process and Production order release and execution o MES and EWM integration o BOM, recipe and production versions o Inspection lot processing, results recording * Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills * Regulated global manufacturing company experience preferable Supervision/Coordination Coordinates projects and process work as necessary Leads training and various workshops Does not supervise
