Aston Carter Reconciliation Analyst in Alameda, California

Job Title: Reconciliation AnalystJob Description

Overview: Market Access Analyst will be responsible for providing operational support for the market access function. This individual will be responsible for reviewing high dollar invoices for the market access group to ensure all invoices meet the business' various requirements for approval and processing. Once the invoice has been reconciled and confirmed it meets all the prerequisite requirements, this individual will then pass the invoice along and partner with the Accounts Payable team to get it processed and paid. They will also support ad-hoc assignments and requests for the group, including building out a pricing database for the group and other projects. Responsibilities: - Support Managed Care invoicing submission & payment processing—ensure all invoices meet the company's requirements and are eligible for payment - Support tracking purchase requisition open/remaining data reconciliation for market access operation programs - Handle other special and ad-hoc projects related to market access as assigned by Market Access Leadership
