Job Title: Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Description

Join our dynamic life sciences company focused on oncology research and cancer treatments as a Senior Payroll Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the full cycle, bi-weekly, multi-state payroll processing for 1000 employees. Key responsibilities include managing the retro calculation process, validating stock option activities, processing on demand payments, managing the Time and Absence process, ensuring accuracy in payroll and tax reporting, and performing analytical reviews to guarantee payroll accuracy. Additionally, you will manage the 401(K) process and provide ad hoc reports to business partners.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Alameda, California and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule, on-site Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Work from home Wednesday and Friday.
