What You'll Do:

The Industrial Maintenance Tech position is responsible for maintaining equipment and the facility to keep it in working order.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on equipment.

• Make necessary repairs and adjustments on machines and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.

• Monitor equipment status and when necessary participate in equipment overhauls.

• Analyzes equipment to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.

• Maintain legible, neat and accurate records, documentation, reports.

• Complete maintenance work orders as assigned.

• Perform preventative maintenance and lubrication schedules.

• Document work completion and part usage accurately.

• Attend to emergency breakdowns and problems concerning safety.

• Must demonstrate leadership skills and behavior to work effectively in a team.

• Perform all other duties as assigned by the manager or maintenance planner.

Qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Two years of previous industrial experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, and/or welding.

• TIG welding experience preferred.

• Strong planning, organizational, and verbal communication skills.

• Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  The starting wage for this role is $31.00+ per hour. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.
