DePaula Chevrolet, Inc Business Development Center Representative in Albany, New York
Do you have an outgoing, professional personality that is conveyed better when you are on the phone or sending an email rather than in person? If this is you, DePaula Chevrolet will provide you with the resources to become a successful Business Development Agent. We will train you to get the customer in the door and our Sales Department will handle the rest!
Flexible, rotating work schedule as follows:
Monday 10am - 7pm
Tuesday 9am - 6pm
Wednesday 8am - 5pm
Thursday 8am - 5pm
Rotating Friday 9am - 6pm/Saturday 8am - 5pm
NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE
Responsibilities:
Handle all inbound phone appointments and inquiries
Make outbound calls from lead lists provided by DePaula
Work with internet leads to set a proper appointment
Follow-up with customers to improve customer experience
Requirements :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and have a vibrant phone presence in a call center
Ability to learn new software
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Benefits:
Base Weekly Salary of $800
Monthly commission based on set, shown, and sold appointments.
