In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our clients. Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize part installs, quoted repairs, and servicing of clients HVAC systems

• Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs

• Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy

• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service

• Accountable for following all company safety procedures

• Manage maintenance agreements for potential new clients

• Partner with Project Manager to explore potential sales leads

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge

  Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• EPA – Universal Certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record

• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred

The starting base range for this position is $20 to $25hr. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
