Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Senior Web Developer join our NYS Information Technology Services Team located in Albany, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will ensure that all Drupal websites that are developed and delivered are usable, functionally accessible, responsive designed, and compliant with NYS standards and best practices. The candidate will utilize an Enterprise Platform solution (Drupal) to accomplish its mission, leveraging current technologies and industry best practices as applicable to improve its service delivery. Senior Web Developer will develop Drupal theming, custom functionality, module development, Frontend, and/or backend development. Utilize PHP, Javascript/jQuery, and HTML/CSS/Twig templating. The candidate will develop headless and standard implementations and coding.

Qualifications:

60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 64 months of experience in custom Drupal module development including modules, features and themes.
• 48 Months of experience in using Acquia, BLT, SOLR.
• 48 months of experience in using standard Drupal modules such as: CTools, Views, Panels, and extending them through code.
• 64 months of experience HTML/5, CSS/3, SASS
• 64 months of programming experience with PHP
• 64 months of experience Web graphical, browser, and cross-platform compatibility testing and creating sites with responsive design.
• 48 Months of experience in using GIT
• 64 months of programming experience with JavaScript, jQuery

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $49.00 to $59.00
