CDPHP Operations Coordinator in Albany, New York

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for working with key stakeholders to coordinate the preparation of items needed to support community engagement activities. This includes management of storage of promotional items, collateral and equipment needed for community events as well as in-kind donations for community partners. The Operations Coordinator works closely with other key roles to ensure access to adequate inventory and arranges for pick up or delivery of items identified for specific community engagement activities. The Operations Coordinator interfaces with community partners to fulfill requests for in-kind donations and represents the CDPHP brand in a positive manner at all times. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for tracking and reporting utilization of promotional items.

The Operations Coordinator must be highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously and manage effective cross-functional workflows and resources. The candidate is expected to identify, detail in written documents, and monitor all business requirements for assigned projects and work closely with all business areas related to community initiatives and projects to facilitate comprehensive, timely and efficient implementation. Flexibility, strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical to the position to ensure strong collaboration across multiple departments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience providing strategic collaborative service, preferably related to health promotion, is required. Experience leading projects is required.

  • Experience with relationship management is required.

  • Associates degree or two (2) years of equivalent experience required.

  • Excellent analytical skills required.

  • Strong reporting skills i.e. developing sourcing dashboards and corresponding reports required.

  • Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite required.

  • Strong planning and workflow management skills required.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and shift priorities to meet day-to-day operational needs required.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of internal and external customers at all levels of authority required.

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills required.

  • Valid New York State driver’s license, current registration and adequate automobile insurance are required.

  • Demonstrated ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds is required.

    CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
