Summary

The Program Manager will work within the Division of Data Services & Analytics (DDSA) Data Categorization unit. The individual will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Data Categorization process within the Data Categorization Unit. The ideal candidate will utilize their experience and skill set to organize and prioritize Data Categorization requests, coordinate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, track timelines, and scribe workgroup meetings. The individual will also serve as liaison between the Data Categorization unit and relevant subject matter experts and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the Data Categorization process. In addition, the individual will produce and distribute unit progress reports to division leadership and stakeholders.

Comprehensive on-the-job training and peer/supervisory support will be provided. The candidate should be able to take on new tasks and subject areas, willing to work in a team environment, and able to adjust to multiple priorities successfully.

Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Provides oversight and management to overall unit operations often involving multiple projects/tasks.

• Responsible for ensuring communication of timelines, projected completion dates and their potential impact on other division initiatives.

• Planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of the Data Categorization Unit, including resource management and prioritization.

• Maintain the Data Categorization workplan and provide updates or reports accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Familiarity with project management process and procedure.

• Exceptional verbal, written and time-management skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word required; experience with SharePoint, Teams, and project management software preferred.

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role.
