    How do you excel in this position

    The Sales Engineer is responsible to engage an assigned list of existing and prospective accounts seeking to learn how Stark Equipment's Critical Power Division can help align Siemens product and service offerings with current and future facility infrastructure needs. This position will focus on providing design assistance, configure product offerings and help set pricing strategies for power distribution equipment on new applications and existing facility critical power equipment. Successful performance will be directly related to achieving revenue & gross profit targets & account management attainment benchmarks.

    What are we looking for:

  • At least 5 years of industry (power distribution) experience required.

  • Technical understanding of Electrical Power systems required.

  • Capability to mentor and foster a healthy team environment.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

  • Ability to drive individual sales success.

  • In-depth knowledge of the market.

  • Strong account management capabilities.
