Summary

The Senior Healthcare Program Specialist will work for the Bureau of Data Insights (BDIR) within the Division of Data Services and Analytics serving as a Business Analyst within the Bureau.

The Bureau is responsible for providing high quality, state of the art data services to the Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP) and its Department of Health (DOH) partner, that are collaborative, aligned with policy, and proactively inform strategy and decision making. Day to day responsibilities of the Bureau include meeting with OHIP Program areas on ad-hoc requests, dashboards, budget implementation support, fiscal analysis, and recurring reports.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Business Analyst includes:

• Elicit requirements from subject matter experts in the context of projects, initiatives, and process improvements.

• Including the creation of Design Documentation

• Fiscal Analysis and Creation

• Peer Reviewing Tableau Dashboards

• Supporting agenda creation and agenda artifacts collaborating with others within the Bureau on those items

• Collaborating with data analysts, team leads and leadership on the following areas:

• Supporting documentation related to Bureau strategy,

• Process and Procedures documentation

• Agenda creation and artifacts

• Formulizing agenda notes, decisions, and action items

• Develops presentation

• Supporting updates to the Bureau’s SharePoint site

Education

• Bachelors degree

• 9 years experience in healthcare field

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
