Description

Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to become a part of our client's team in Albany, Oregon. This Accounts Payable role involves conducting administrative and financial operations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. As an AP Specialist, you will be tasked with processing a high volume of invoices and performing account reconciliations among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process numerous invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.

• Review and reconcile accounts payable ledgers when needed.

• Contribute to the month-end close procedures by preparing monthly account reconciliations and analyses.

• Utilize ERP systems for tasks such as data entry and expense reporting.

• Maintain effective communication with vendors and respond to their inquiries promptly.

• Assist in improving processes and systems within the Accounts Payable function.

• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

• Make use of Microsoft Excel and NetSuite for various tasks.

• Handle coding invoices and other data entry tasks with great attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Coding Invoices

• Strong data entry skills

• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel

• ERP system experience
