Education / Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, or Accounting and ERP business experience is preferred.

IT Support Analyst

Albertville

Key Job Elements:

• Support multiple ERPs in the areas of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Sales and Invoicing;

• Supporting expense reporting applications, fixed assed management applications and tax applications as they integrate to the ERPs;

• Participating in application implementation/change projects. Ensuring no interruption to primary support responsibilities as implementations occur;

• Participating in the support of and learn the ERP financial significance controls;

• Reconciliation, analysis & reporting of various GL accounts and CAPEX projects as they relate to IT.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 1-5 years’ experience in Finance or IT;

• Ability and willingness to travel;

• Preferred experience in budget & financial analysis, performing expense and capital expenditure reconciliations;

• Preferred experience supporting and assisting in implementing ERP financial systems;

• Prior experience training and coaching end users on application processes;

• Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail;

• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Teams, Power BI, Visio);

• Excellent communication skills;

• Passion for researching and implementing new technologies.
