Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the legal industry for a Bilingual (Spanish) Law Firm Receptionist in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role primarily involves handling a multi-line phone system, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and managing data entry tasks. This role is situated on-site.
Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to maintain a positive firm reputation.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, addressing inquiries and connecting calls to the appropriate party.
• Carry out data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all entered information.
• Maintain effective email correspondence, responding to queries and forwarding messages as required.
• Utilize interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
• Implement Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word to accomplish daily tasks and manage customer accounts.
• Organize files systematically for easy access and retrieval.
• Schedule appointments accurately, avoiding any conflicts and ensuring optimal time management.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on the account status. Requirements • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably within a law firm
• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system, with a focus on maintaining detail-oriented and courteous communication
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of dealing with clients in a respectful and friendly manner
• Experience with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in email correspondence, capable of drafting, editing and responding to emails in a detail-oriented manner
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in organizing files, ensuring easy accessibility and maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meetings efficiently.
