Corus Health Business Operations Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico

We manage companies focused on providing home health, hospice, palliative, and senior care. As we continue to evolve and grow, we're seeking a talented and proactive Business Operations Manager to join our team. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Business Operations Manager to oversee internal communications, operational management, and executive support. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing internal processes, managing project management systems, and supporting the executive team. This position requires a versatile professional who can keep our organization running smoothly, ensure communications are clear, and support leadership at the highest level.

Duties & Responsibilties:

  • Manage internal communications systems (e.g., Wrike, Teams), providing training to staff and optimizing tools for effective collaboration.

  • Oversee organizational documents, ensuring contracts, legal documents, and company records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Support executive team operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.

  • Coordinate and lead internal projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.

  • Develop and improve internal communication processes, including meeting management, templates, and email workflows.

  • Monitor and enhance operational efficiency within the company’s administrative functions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or internal communications.

  • Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike and communication platforms like Microsoft Teams.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train staff and support executive needs.

  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage complex workflows.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
