Express Employment Professionals Kitchen Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurants recipes
  • Make employment and termination decisions including interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining kitchen personnel
  • Provide orientation of company and department rules, policies and procedures and oversee training of new kitchen employees
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Standing for 8 hours a day

$50-$60,000 annual DOE
