Seeking an experiencedParalegalfor a localLaw Firm:

Job Duties:

• Drafting and editing of discovery and related legal documents
• Set up and maintain files
• Proofread work for content, accuracy of copy, format, grammar, punctuation and syntax
• Acquisition, review, summarizing and indexing of case documents

Education/Qualification Requirements:

• 3-5 years minimum previous litigation experience required
• Experience requesting medical records and preparing in depth medical summaries
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills along with effective interaction skills
• Must have in depth understanding of legal terms and NM court rules and procedures
