Job Title: Production Assembler
Job Description
Inspect and prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per related documentation and drawings. Trim and form leaded parts. Perform PCB masking using liquid mask and Kapton tape. Execute PCB depanelization using manual and automated singulation tools. Properly fill out production documentation. Communicate with Cell Team Leaders on parts shortages and problems. Manually apply epoxy, conformal coating, and RTV per related documentation and drawings. Conduct final assembly and/or pack and ship as required. Rotate to different workstations and different cells as needed. Complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis as required. Assemble, inspect, and prepare complex multilevel builds per related documentation and drawings, including wire diagrams and torque specifications.
