About Us: Ebon Solar LLC is at the forefront of advanced manufacturing and solar cell technology in the United States. Our first manufacturing facility in the Mesa del Sol area of Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a greenfield project central to our mission to drive sustainable energy solutions and lead the solar industry. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Development and Global Sales to spearhead our business development efforts and expand our global sales initiatives. This executive role is crucial for shaping our global sales strategy, enhancing our market presence, and driving substantial revenue growth in the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global business development strategy to expand market reach and enhance competitive positioning in the solar industry.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets with a focus on maximizing market share and establishing Ebon Solar as a leading brand in solar technology.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a global sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets. Develop key performance metrics to ensure high productivity and effectiveness.
  • Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships and alliances with other industry leaders to foster business opportunities and collaborative ventures.
  • Revenue Generation: Implement innovative sales strategies and customer acquisition tactics to ensure robust revenue growth and sustainable financial performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with RandD and Marketing teams to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with product developments and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Over 20 years of experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, manufacturing, utilities, or related industries.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and global sales with a strong track record in the solar or similar high-tech industries.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team across different geographies.
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement effective business strategies in a highly competitive landscape.
  • Well-established industry connections in the solar or renewable energy sectors with a knack for strategic negotiations and relationship management.
  • Experienced in navigating international business environments and adapting to multicultural dynamics.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
