MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inventory Accuracy:Count stuff, find stuff, and make sure the stuff is where it should be.
• Pick and Ship Customer Orders:Be the hero who gets the right products to the right people.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safety First:Keep the warehouse as clean and safe as your grandmas kitchen. Attend safety meetings every other week (we promise there will be coffee).
• Unload Like a Pro:Handle inbound trailers like a Tetris master, verifying packing slips and noting any discrepancies (because accuracy is cool).
• Pick Orders:Use pick lists provided by the warehouse Administrative Assistant (a.k.a. your new best friend) to gather products. Document any deviations because details matter.
• Load and Stage:Once youve picked the items, load them on the trailer or stage them like a rockstar until the trailer arrives.
• Maximize Space:Consolidate partial pallets and combine products to make the most of our space. Fill out change of location forms to keep everything organized.
• Process Returns:Handle returns quickly and efficiently because nobody likes waiting.
• Achieve Goals:Help us meet our shipping goals by working overtime as needed (sometimes with short notice, but hey, youre flexible, right?).
• Daily Forms:Fill out daily forms for trailer inspections and Pride reporting of pieces/pallets handled. Its like a daily diary, but for warehouse stuff.
• Other Duties:Be ready to tackle any other tasks that come your way. Youre a jack-of-all-trades!

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 to 3 years of continuous warehousing and electric forklift experience (because forklifts are awesome).
• Forklift certified (show us your skills!).
• Basic understanding of PC data entry (because we live in the 21st century).
• Good math aptitude (you can count to 10 and beyond).

EDUCATION:

• High School or equivalent (were not picky, as long as you can read this job description).

SKILLS:

• Forklift Operation (did we mention forklifts are awesome?).
• Personal computer literate (you know your way around a keyboard).

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE:

• None (just bring your A-game).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (because muscles).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
