Job Summary
The Delivery Success Associate assists the Cirrus Delivery Success Managers in ensuring the success of the aircraft ownership experience during the initial ownership period. This includes assisting with the presentation of new aircraft to customers in our Delivery Center, coordinating with other departments to arrange service, and following up with any issues that may arise during the initial ownership period. The Delivery Success Associate will support critical phases of the aircraft delivery process, to include aircraft completion, ferry from the manufacturing facility to the Vision Center, final inspection and preparation, presentation of the aircraft to the customer and acceptance flight, and transition through the initial ownership phase. Superior client hospitality skills, technical knowledge, and organizational skills are crucial.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential FunctionsMaintains a culture of hospitality to enhance the Cirrus brand and aircraft ownership experience.
Assists the Delivery Success Manager with the presentation of aircraft to customers in a safe, welcoming, informative, and comfortable environment.
Regularly and proactively follows up with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience and to intercept any issues in a timely manner.
Set up (or assist with) appointments for initial scheduled service events (25, 50, 100 hr, Vision Checks)
Work with related departments to expedite parts for AOG situations and/or deferred delivery squawks
Acts as a liaison between the customer and associated departments, ensuring any maintenance or cosmetic discrepancies are remedied in a timely manner and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Supports the final phases of aircraft completion, ferry logistics, delivery staging and timing, and coordination with clients.
Ensures that aircraft meet or exceed cosmetic and mechanical standards using the highest level of attention to detail.
Communicates effectively in a timely manner with customers and internal Cirrus departments, including Sales, Delivery Experience, Flight Operations, and Service to ensure that internal coordination is maintained in order to provide exceptional customer experience.
Ensures world-class condition of delivery showrooms.
Supports Line Service Personnel as required in moving aircraft, updating avionics databases, and other related tasks.
Works efficiently and effectively as an individual in team settings, consisting of Cirrus employees or outside vendors
Assists in cleaning aircraft, hangars and office areas when necessary.
Qualifications

Associate’s degree in any field required. Aviation related field preferred
1-2 years’ experience in aviation management, piloting, or maintaining aircraft required.
A&P and/or pilot license required.
Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to obtain a non-movement area MKAA ramp badge
