Sinclair Broadcast Group Digital Junior Account Manager in Alexandria, Louisiana
Compulse, the creative agency arm of Sinclair Broadcast Group, is looking for a Digital Junior Account Manager to assist on and efficiently lead the day-to-day management of key client accounts for our broadcast/national business. This is a hybrid position based out of Hunt Valley, MD and Lafayette, LA.
This candidate must be proactive, a multitasker, positive and solution driven. They must have digital background experience and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment while meeting client goals.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Digital Account Managers and entire account management team with support of key client accounts. This includes but is not limited to effectively trafficking orders as well as monitoring, analyzing and reporting of campaigns
Manage the day-to-day optimization of multiple low to mid-tiered accounts with campaigns running digital products such as CTV, search engine marketing, social media marketing, and programmatic
Resolve issues by taking the appropriate action, and knowing when to escalate issues to a management level
Work with the agency’s vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns
Must become well-versed on the agency’s digital offerings and developing and understanding media plans
Participate in ongoing training to enhance and retain knowledge of products, processes, reporting, business reviews, quotes and campaign management
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal and external clients
Must be able to work efficiently within the company’s software applications
Must be comfortable participating and engaging on camera for company/team/client meetings in person or on video
Must be able to collaborate with internal teams and stations and at times train other members of the team as needed
Must be a team player
Other agency duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Two (2) years experience with digital marketing products including programmatic, social media, Search and CTV
Requires a highly professional communication skill set, including excellent grammar, copy-writing, spelling accuracy, and excellent phone & conversation skills
Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment
Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations, and be proficient in finding solutions and diffusing angry or upset customers
Must have strong listening skills, and be empathetic and able to effectively relate to clients
Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is a plus
Highly proficient in Microsoft office products
Must be able to work remotely and time manage efficiently and independently
Must be available by phone, email, IM and video calls
Must be organized, and excel at multi-tasking
Must be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong written and oral communication skills
Must be solutions oriented and take a proactive approach in implementing them
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Atlassian Jira
Experience in Operative order management system
Base line knowledge of how the following industries operate: automotive, home services, education, medical, legal.

The hourly compensation range for this role is $21.25 to $25.00. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
