Job Summary and Qualifications

  • Assesses, evaluates and informs technologist/nurse/physician of changes in patients condition during an exam

  • Completes all work before clocking out and leaving.

  • Understands contraindication and potential hazards of different exams.

  • Interacts professionally with patient/family

  • Assists in gathering information for the preparation of reports, patient tests and billing

  • Operates computer order entry system

  • Understands and practices proper use of all equipment; never operates equipment inconsistent with manufacturer’s instruction

  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.

  • Has knowledge of hospital policies and the functions of other departments

What qualifications you will need:

  • Must be enrolled and in good standing with an Accredited Radiology Program.

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

  • No Travel Required

  • No experience required
