Staffmark Fabrication Support Technician in Alexandria, Minnesota

Pay Rate: $17 - $18/hr (including shift differentials) Shift Details: B Shift: Monday-Wednesday 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Thursday 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM (+$2.25/hr shift differential) C Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Thursday 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM (+$3/hr shift differential) D Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Thursday 12:30 AM - 6:30 AM (+$5/hr shift differential) In this role, you will model and support the company's vision, culture, and strategies while setting up and operating equipment safely and efficiently to meet output and quality standards. You'll rotate every 4 hours to accurately fulfill customer orders and ensure quality practices are followed. Inspecting and modifying aluminum parts, you will ensure proper deburring to meet customer specifications. Additionally, you will perform general machine maintenance, document process information, and maintain a clean work area. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic math skills; troubleshooting abilities; capability to detect defects, read blueprints, and use measuring tools.
