Description We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries through various channels, keeping our databases updated, and assisting with the onboarding of new customers. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively through help desk software, email, and phone.

• Manage and update our internal databases with accurate customer information.

• Play a key role in the successful onboarding of new customers.

• Prepare comprehensive responses to customer inquiries by studying our products and services and reviewing previous inquiries and responses.

• Manage product setups in our database and associated service platforms.

• Respond to queries regarding Certification enrollment, focusing on help desk questions.

• Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

• Provide occasional administrative assistance to your supervisor as needed. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in answering inbound calls

• Prior experience in a call center customer service environment

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and relationship building

• Accurate and efficient data entry skills

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and effectively

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with order entry in a fast-paced setting

• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings effectively TalentMatch®
