Adecco is looking to assist a well-established consulting firm in Alexandria, VA, with a 40-year history of excellence, in seeking a highly organized and initiative-taking Executive Assistant/Scheduler. This position will primarily support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with potential support for additional senior staff. The role demands a high volume of scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation. The ideal candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills and be fluent in Outlook scheduling, including make-a-meeting functions. Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant job includes, but are not limited to:

· Manage the CEO's Schedule: Oversee and manage the Chief Executive Officer's calendar, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of commitments.

· Meeting Coordination: Coordinate all meetings and conference calls involving the CEO, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.

· Travel Arrangements: Arrange all travel logistics for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Produce detailed daily itineraries.

· Briefing Materials Preparation: Compile and organize all briefing materials for trips, telephone calls, and meetings daily. Coordinate with relevant staff to ensure all materials are accurate and complete.

· Communication Management: Review all incoming communications for the CEO, prioritizing and responding, as necessary.

· Senior Management Coordination: Assist with coordinating activities and materials for Senior Management as needed.

· Additional Support: Provide scheduling of meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for other senior staff as required.

· Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.

· 2 years related experience is essential.

· Tech Requirements : Must have home internet and phone, laptop will be provided.

· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Scheduler, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

· Strong proficiency in Outlook scheduling, including make-a-meeting functions.

· Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to manage a high volume of scheduling and manage multiple priorities effectively.

· Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am-5:00pm. Pay will be $ 25.67/ph

Pay Details: $25.67 per hour
