Job Brief

Senior Graphic Designer

OLH Technical Services, LLC , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced exceptional Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team of first-class talents in Alexandria, Virginia .

Position Responsibilities:

• Create top-notch original designs for print, digital, and web — from brochures, reports, handbooks, newsletters, facts sheets, posters, flyers, interactive PDF forms, and PowerPoint templates to user-friendly, yet innovative wireframes and web pages, as well as web banners and images.

• This full-time position works under the supervision of and reports to the Team Manager/Creative Director.

Position Requirements:

• US Citizen.

• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Public Trust Designation.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.

• At least five years of professional experience in graphic design services.

• Advanced skills with Mac and Adobe CC — InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro (minimum).

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word.

• Meticulous attention to details and outstanding organizational skills.

• Proven design skills with strong conceptual and typographic sensibilities.

• Solid understanding and appreciation of cohesive, impactful branding.

• Ability to formulate and create original designs that also adhere to specific style guidelines and requirements.

• Ability to manage and execute tasks from start to finish and consistently document status and progress in the team’s project management software.

• Positive attitude and receptive to proposed ideas and critiques.

• Ability to follow guidance, instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) no matter how small.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to multitask and work error-free under defined and, at times, rushed deadlines.

• Efficient proofreading skills in ensuring there are no misspellings.

• Professional and prompt oral and email communication skills.

• Knowledge of creating accessible PDF files that meet Section 508 Compliance.
