National Credit Union Administration Management Analyst - Open to all U.S. Citizens in Alexandria, Virginia

This position is at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. This position serves as a Management Analyst - Open to all U.S. Citizens. Responsibilities As a(n) Management Analyst - Open to all U.S. Citizens, you will: Serve as a team member for the agency's strategic planning, performance accountability, and risk management programs and with responsibility for analyzing programs for alignment with agency goals. Participate in agency-wide strategic and performance planning and risk management projects, to include identifying links between the NCUA's strategic plans and program operations to ensure that legislation, policies, and programs align with agency strategic goals. Support the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program to advance and integrate risk management into programs across the agency. Collaborate with other team members and agency leadership to ensure agency's mission and strategies are fulfilled by the work of the organization. Collect and analyze performance and risk management plans from agency offices and ensuring reporting accountability for performance management goals, objectives, and strategies. Collect and summarize data for reporting on performance and risk management programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Specialized experience is the experience that has equipped you with the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. All applicants applying for the CU-13 level must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the CU/GS-12 level obtained in the private or public sector. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience: Identifying performance measures for individual programs; Reviewing information about performance results submitted by program managers for completeness; Reviewing program processes to evaluate risk-management practices; and Providing guidance to customers related to performance improvement. Additional Information SALARY: Pay will be set within the advertised pay range to align with the selectee's skills and experience and the requirements of the position in accordance with NCUA's compensation policy.
