Sr. Specialist, Supply Chain Data (Temporary, Hybrid On-site)

Job Description:

Responsible for Procurement data analytics to support Supply Chain System locally and globally. Play a critical role in performing data review and analysis to provide support for data-driven decision-making process in business. Job duties:

  • Collaborate with various functions and leverage analytical tools to resolve procurement operational issues by extracting data from SAP, reviewing data, troubleshooting, and identifying root cause, and perform risk analysis using Excel and/or Power BI (advanced to expert level required).

  • Create dynamic reports and data visualization by collating data from multiple sources.

  • Work directly with internal business partners to ensure business reports are maintained and updated with latest data and perform analysis and validation of reports to support business needs.

  • Review and analyze complex data situations, identify patterns and trends, and detect issues without supervision.

  • Support process improvements within supply chain by driving task automation.

  • Perform analysis and validation of reports to support data maintenance.

  • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.

  2. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant SAP work experience or equivalent of five (5) years in comparable ERP system.

  3. Understanding of Supply Chain business activities.

  4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., complex pivot tables, v-lookup, x-lookup, Index-match, sumifs, sumproduct, etc.).

  5. Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  6. Must be a team player.

  7. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Desired Qualifications

  1. Strong knowledge of SAP with experience of data extraction in Source-to-pay or Procurement work stream.

  2. Capable of strategic and tactical engagement.

  3. Experience with data processing and analytics in a manufacturing environment.

Posting Country:

Salary Range:

$35 - $50/hour (compensation could be higher or lower dependent on skillset, education, and experience)
