Phillips Home Improvements is seeking a dynamic and driven Call Center Lead to coach, motivate, and lead our Inside Sales team to new heights. If you have a proven track record of success in sales , a passion for coaching and development , and the ability to drive quality results , this is the opportunity for you.
Pay: $18 per hour base; pay-for-performance incentives and commissions weekly and monthly! Potential to earn $50,000+!

What You'll Do:
Lead by Example: Set the standard for excellence by consistently achieving top performance in appointment setting.
Coach and Develop: Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Inside Sales Associates, helping them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
Drive Results: Monitor key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize team performance.
Motivate and Inspire: Create a positive and high-energy team environment that fosters collaboration, accountability, and success.
Champion Our Methodology: Ensure adherence to our proven sales methodology, ensuring consistent and high-quality result.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Great phone voice!
Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Highly organized and results-oriented.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
