  1. JOB TITLE: Electrical Assemblers

Pay rate: $18 - $21/hr depending on experience

What’s the Electrical Assembler job?

  • Pick and issue material for production by following the production order.

  • Collect the material needed as stated in the production order.

  • Produce the components according to the production drawings.

  • Confirm the work done using SAP or other specific tools.

  • Execute rework when necessary, according to instructions.

What’s Needed for the Electrical Assembler Job?

  • Ability to perform electrical assembler positions within the department (electrical assembly experience in assembly line REQUIRED).

  • Must exhibit excellent attention to detail; quality assurance experience is a PLUS.

  • Must have basic familiarity with computers and computer use.

  • Ability to exert up to 35 lbs of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

  • Ability to use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, socket wrenches, hammers, pliers, impact wrenches, wire cutters, tape measure, and other job-related tools.

  1. JOB TITLE: Material Management Operator

Pay rate: $18 - $21/hr depending on experience

What’s the Material Management Operator job?

  • Manually move freight, stock, or other materials

  • Receive the material delivered by the suppliers from the trucks and stock it in a dedicated area; load and ship the delivery to a specified distribution center

  • Deliver material to production

  • Issue, pick, and pack materials to be delivered and repack them if needed

  • In charge of running a specific transaction into SAP in order to receive the material into the system

What’s Needed for the Material Management Operator Job?

  • Warehouse experience – including order pulling experience

  • Stand-up reach forklift experience preferred, or willingness and ability to be trained on one

  • Ability to walk at least 13,000 steps / 5 miles a day

  • Solid work history AND work ethic

  • Team player skills and attention-to-detail

  1. JOB TITLE: Picker / Packer

Pay rate: $18-21/hr

What’s the Picker / Packer job?

  • Goods receipt: receive delivered materials from the trucks, use SAP to receive the material into the system, deliver material to production

  • Issue Material: pick and pack material by hand, and repacking when needed; load and ship the delivery

  • Manually move freight, stock, or other materials

What’s Needed for the Picker / Packer Job?

  • Order-pulling or kitting experience

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced role while ensuring accuracy

  • Basic math skills

  • Demonstrate initiative and efficiency and have a positive, can-do attitude

  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift through 10-hr shift

  • Ability to carry boxes of up to 50 lbs

  1. JOB TITLE: Sheet Metal Fabricator / Press Brake Operator

Pay Range: $24+/hr depending on experience

What’s the Sheet Metal Fabricator job?

Requires:

  • Ability to use / run press brake machines to make components for larger products

  • Knowledgeable in laser-cutting

  • Duties include reading blueprints & schematics

  • Assemble and construct metal products, ensuring that the final product is accurate, functional, and meets the required specification

  • These skills considered a plus: nesting / programming, laser marking, and mechanical engraving

What’s Needed for the Sheet Metal Fabricator Job?

  • Fabrication experience: 12 months

  • Press Brake experience: 12 months

  • Laser Cutting experience: 12 months

  • Assembly experience: 6 months

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings / schematics / blueprints
