Short & Sweet:You'll be working with a team to operate machinery that bags shredded mozzarella and packs bags into boxes.

Schedule:

• 12 HOUR SHIFT

• 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

• 2, 2, 3 rotation

• 24/7/365/Weekends/Holidays

  Outline of Job Duties:

• Complete daily checklist

• Perform all hourly checks in MES

• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to address run problems efficiently to minimize downtime

• Follow setup procedures ensuring all equipment are operational at startup

• Maintain proper weight control

• Maintain labeling operation and ensure correct label is applied to packages

• Monitor Hi-Speed scale to ensure proper parameters are used and correct tare weights entered

• Run sanitation for the traingles on cleaning nights

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Minimum

• Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Action oriented and the capacity to drive for results

• Requires the ability to perform basic math skills and read

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs. at waist height (39") weekly

• Must be able to climb stairs hourly and ladders/vertical ladders daily

• Must be 18 years of age

• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing

• Must be able to support 24/7/365 operation including weekends and holidays

  Preferred

• Prior food industry experience

• General mechanical aptitude would be helpful
