Aerotek Assembly Technician in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Allentown, PA

Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr

Job Description

We are seeking Assembly Technician's to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing highly complex optoelectronic products.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test highly complex optoelectronic products.

  • Follow sample assemblies and diagrams to assemble parts.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure components meet specifications.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

  • Experience as an Electronic Technician.

  • Proficiency in soldering.

  • Ability to learn new skills, processes, and operations.

  • Knowledge of MS Windows operating system and MS Office software.

Work Environment

  • Work in a high-tech manufacturing team environment with little to no oversight. The role involves working on 2nd and 3rd shifts and requires a flexible approach to daily routines in a fast-paced setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
