As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer requests, answering their queries, and guiding them through policies, procedures, and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email and live chat in an efficient, friendly manner.

  • Accurately interpreting and sharing healthcare related information with patients.

  • Registering and scheduling appointments for patients.

  • Handling and resolving complaints in a patient-centered manner.

  • Liaising with healthcare providers and insurance companies as required.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.

  • Experience or knowledge in the healthcare sector will be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
