Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm who is in search of a Client Relationship Specialist to join their team at their Allentown branch location. The ideal candidate will have experience building rapport with clients and understands the importance of financial services and/or brokerage regulations. Responsibilities

• As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS), you have the opportunity to bring your passion for customer service to a role and a firm that will champion your growth in the financial services industry

• You'll play a critical role in the operational success of this local branch, under the guidance of your Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, both of whom you will assist to help deliver an unparalleled client experience

• Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills

• Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously

• Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships

• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules
