The HR Services Manager position is located in Allentown, PA reporting to the Regional HR Director. This role provides oversight for regional implementation of corporate initiatives, data analytics and reporting, immigration and hourly recruiting oversight. It also plays a key role in the management and coordination of annual salary and bonus processes. In this position you will be a key liaison with the region HR team and our corporate HR departments.

What You'll Get to Do

  • Reporting and Analysis:

  • Manage HR department reporting functions, including data tracking and analysis.

  • Provide HR statistics for management teams.

  • Compile and publish monthly and annual year-end human resources reports, including AAP.

  • HR Leadership and Coordination:

  • Key contact for region-wide HR initiatives.

  • Coordinate with Corporate Employee Services on key initiatives and projects.

  • Compensation Management:

  • Manage the annual salary and non-union production employee merit and incentive cycles.

  • Oversee regional compensation requirements, including position and compensation evaluation.

  • Policy Interpretation:

  • Provide guidance on policies and ensure compliance with changing state and provincial regulations.

  • Training and Development:

  • Oversee Region training programs.

  • Maintain training records and ensure completion of training programs.

  • Benefits Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the Benefits department on change management and issue resolution.

  • HRIS (Workday) Management:

  • Oversee HRIS reporting and data integrity.

  • Serve as a technical resource for the HR team.

  • Liaise with corporate HRIS.

  • Immigration:

  • Manage immigration processes and requirements.

  • Team Management:

  • Supervise the HR coordinator and hourly recruiter.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field strongly preferred

  • Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience ; prior supervisory experience is a plus

  • Working knowledge of Federal and Provincial labor and employment laws and regulations is required

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to align data and business needs

  • Prior compensation experience preferred, knowledge of job evaluation methodology

  • Solid computer skills including MS Office products particularly in Excel. HRIS experience required; Workday experience is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge of change management principles, strategies and techniques required for effectively evaluating, planning, and implementing change in the organization

Work Environment

  • Role operates in a manufacturing environment with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, elevated noise levels, and dusty conditions.
