Job Description Job Description The information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties, responsibilities, skills and/or abilities.

Position Overview: The main role of this position is to reconcile and maintain inventory control of raw materials and finished goods inventory in all internal and external warehouses. Requires a proficient understanding of all Supply Chain and inventory processes.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities Provides historical inventory information and reports as requested to assist various departments Work with the warehouse and quality to enter returns of goods. Maintains SAP system and runs daily reports to look for any errors that may have happened in operations as well as reconciliation in SAP to audit inventory accuracy. Clears out scrap, salvage, lost tickets from the production floor. Assists with financial analysis and look for better ways to organize raw materials to ensure minimal loss Maintaining a rigid schedule for weekly, monthly and quarterly cycle counts; resolves any issues that are identified through this activity Contacts vendors for selling scrap materials and tracking shipment/payment Contacts vendors for raw materials returns Contacts customers for multi-trip packaging (MTP) and audits every 6 months and communicates with accounting Works directly with external auditors for blind cycle counts Demonstrates flexibility to work with a variety of departments within the operations and other Amcor locations Ensures process adherence across 3PL locations in accordance to SOX compliance Month end reconciliations and reporting that meet internal and external audit requirements Analyze material transaction history Receiving of raw materials into SAP Cross training of receiving MRO in the parts room Looking for continuous improvements within the position and operations

Qualifications: EducationEducation and Experience Associate degree preferred or up to 3 years relevant experience preferred (or a combination of education and experience) Good skills in math, detail orientation, and excellent communication skills Working knowledge of ERP computer systems/programs, and Microsoft Windows environment. Excellent Excel knowledge and SAP experience preferred. Familiarity with inventory control systems. Prior experience with manufacturing supply chain/ operations preferred Good planning and organizational skills are required and eye for detail a must. A quick learner with the ability to work n a self-directed environment and also work well with in a team. Willingness to learn new things Understanding of basic accounting is preferred but not a must


Other Requirements: Ability to visually and mentally make priority decisions and independent judgment calls based on the situation at hand. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to efficiently and effectively use a computer and related software. Ability to work all required hours Ability to travel to outside warehouses

Training Requirements: New Hire Training (see new hire orientation check list) Monthly Training (see plant training schedule) SAP Computer Training (internal) GMP Plant Training (internal) - annual HACCP Training (internal) - annual May be required to be forklift certified based on job duties. Department Specific Procedure training (internal)

The above requirements and training are not limited to the above and could be one or more depending on job assignment. Requirements may include all other duties as assigned by management.
