Manager, End User Computing Engineering and Deployment - Role and Responsibilities:

We have an immediate opening in our Digital Technology organization for Manager, End User Computing Engineering and Deployment.

This Hybrid key role will be based at our Global Company Headquarters in Allentown, PA, reporting to our Director of Digital Technology. Scope of responsibilities include:

This position will be accountable for leading the technology team that drives the overall strategy, roadmaps, implementation, and technical standards of our end user computing environment.

Work closely with the business to identify gaps, define requirements, and deliver services supporting our end user computing environment, which includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, core operating systems, and applications.

Leads a team of IT professionals including talent acquisition, career development, and advancement.

Accountable for the overall Lifecycle management of our PC supply chain processes, vendors, and technology.

Establishes the overall budgetary requirements for the procurement of our End user Computing Assets, which include Personal computers and mobile devices.

Partners with Enterprise Architecture to define key capabilities and implementation strategy in accordance with the enterprise architecture principles & vision. Contributes to the development of the architecture aligned to end user computing services.

Ensures projects are on track and completed in a timely manner, while serving as an escalation point for the End User Computing Engineering and Deployment Team.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with the top suppliers of the End User Computing engineer and Deployment Teams (such as Dell, Microsoft, CompuCom, and others). Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

Eight years of proven ability in leading and supervising IT professionals.

Provide professional development and mentoring.

Strong technical aptitude and thought leadership with direct experience working with End User Microsoft Computing and Productivity Technologies and Operating Systems.

Highly, collaborative, accountable and results driven individual.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications.

In-depth knowledge of reporting and analytical skills.

Experience with budgetary and financial management processes within the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor's degree or related experience required. MBA or other graduate degree or advance training is a plus.
